MAMMUT OIL is a food grade oil developed in Sweden for the Scandinavian confectionery and foodprocessing industry. The product is, among other things, used as a release-agent and sugar dissolver. MAMMUT OIL is a fully synthetic food grade oil with a very high lubricating ability. MAMMUT OIL keeps thesugar in solution without risks of separation or crystallisation. Easy to rinse with water and leaves a very good protection against corrosion.
