Bring the energy

1. Introduction
   These terms and conditions govern TotalEnergies New Zealand Giveaway Competition ‘Bring the Energy’. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

2. Organiser
   The Competition is organised by (“Organiser”) TotalEnergies Akashic Spe. Ltd. (TotalEnergies New Zealand) Located at 56 Whakatu Road, Hastings, 4103. 

3. Eligibility
   The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over, residing in New Zealand. Employees, suppliers and distributors of the Organiser are not eligible to enter. 

4. Competition Period
   The Competition starts 12:01am on August 1st 2025 and ends 11:59pm on 30th November 2025. Entries submitted after the Competition Period ends will not be considered. 

5. How to Enter
   To nominate and enter the Competition, participants must fill out the competition entry form, which can be found on our website and linked on our social media accounts. Each participant is allowed unlimited number of entries providing each entry nominates a different person. 

6. Prizes
   There are four prize packs to be won during this competition. One prize will be awarded for each month the competition runs (August, September, October & November). Each of the four prize packs are different and are valued anywhere up to $1000.00 NZD.  The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. 

7. 7. Winner Selection
   Winners will be chosen by TotalEnergies NZ Marketing and Executive team based on entry submission and information provided. Winners for each prize will be chosen at the end of each month and will be announced within seven working days of the new month starting. All entries remain valid for the entire four months the competition runs. (You do not need to re-submit your nomination each month) The decision of the Organizer is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners. 

8. Winner Notification
   Winners will be notified via contact details supplied on entry form within 3 working days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize from that winner and select a replacement winner. 

9. Publicity
   By entering the Competition, entrants agree to the use of their name, image, and entry form information for promotional purposes (such as social media) without additional compensation. 

10. Data Protection
    Personal data submitted in connection with the Competition will be processed in accordance with TotalEnergies Privacy Policy. Participants can review the Privacy Policy here: https://tenz.nz/privacy-policy/ 

11. Limitation of Liability
    To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance of any prize. 

12. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

13. Changes to Terms
    The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on www.tenz.nz/bringtheenergy and will take effect upon posting. 

14. Acceptance of Terms
    By participating in this Competition, entrants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
